Welcome to Linda Carol Designs

I have always loved beautiful jewelry and with two art degrees from Northwestern University have always been drawn to creative pursuits.  I spent more than 25 years on the business side of a personal training studio, and when that chapter ended, I enrolled in Silversmithing classes in Chicago and was immediately hooked. 

What began as a creative passion grew into a love for designing and handcrafting sterling silver jewelry that is both unique and beautiful.  I never originally planned to sell my jewelry, but people frequently stopped me to ask about the earrings I was wearing. In fact, I designed them for my daughter and now we both wear a pair everyday. 

I give great thought to each piece I create, striving to design jewelry that is distinctive, beautiful and easy to wear.  I especially enjoy working with the silver charms and gemstones in my necklaces that add personality to each piece.
