Refund policy

Refund Policy:

At Linda Carol Designs, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their originalcondition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made in fulfilling the order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage.  We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Custom, personalized, and special-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
